Originally from the Isle of Man Gráinne is a South Wales based actress with a great Celtic look and a passion for film. She has recently landed her first major role in 'Risen: The Howard Winstone Phenomenon' currently in production by Burn Hand Film Productions Ltd.

Previous to this role Gráinne has worked in Television, Theatre, she is an accomplished Celtic Dancer and she also keeps her Credits topped up with many locally shot short films.

Gráinne has an  extreemely diverse acting ability, covering a wide range of accents and a playing age of 16-30yrs.

The DVD of the last ever film featuring 'Peter Cushing' (Star Wars, Hammer Horror) has just been released! The film, featuring a voice over from the late horror legend, stars Grainne Joughin in a leading role. The film follows a soldier and his decent in to madness during WWII, who come across a lost girl (Grainne) and tries to get her to safety.
